- Summary
- Part 2 of "Tap dancing and all that jazz." Jane Goldberg and Joe Albany discuss and demonstrate tap dancing and jazz music as related arts. Goldberg discusses her jazz-tap choreography, and dances to Albany's playing of "I wanna be happy." Albany discusses his experiences playing for tap, Baby Laurence, bop dancing and bop music. Albany reflects on tap dancing challenges. Goldberg then demonstrates soft-shoe to Albany's selection, "Breezin' along with the breeze." Another demonstration, "Stompin' at the Savoy," follows. Goldberg concludes by discussing future explorations in tap.
