• Gothic type (Proctor 1464); 49-50 lines. With foliation, headlines, initial indicators, initial spaces, initials and signature marks; without catchwords. Illustrated t.-p. with arms of Cologne and portraits of eight saints. Rubricated; initials in red (one in red and blue), initial strokes and paragraph signs in red. Illustrations colored by hand.
• Sig. K3-5 agree with the first-mentioned readings in GW; the cut on sig. t₃ is of a bearded figure with orb and scepter; f. cccxxxiij is a cancel leaf, with corrected text.
• Signatures: A-B⁶, A-I⁶, K¹⁰, L-Z⁶, a-d⁶, e⁴, f-z⁶, aa-nn⁶. sig. nn₅₋₆ blank.
• Several folios were wrongly numbered; five unnumbered leaves between f. lvij and lix.
• Second t.-p., l. 13: Die Cronica van der / hilliger Stat Coellen. / Sancta Colonia diceris. quia sanguine tincta / Sancto[r]um. meritis quo[rum] stas vndiq[ue] cincta
