- Printed on coarse brown or white paper with black and red tissue paper, joined to light brown paper covers with a thin wooden dowel. Ill. incorporate collaged elements. Black tissue-paper strip in mask shape, glued to white paper in same shape, is wrapped around the pamphlet and secured by red yarn tie; inside strip is additional illustrative matter and text.
