- Block book, purporting to be of the 15th century. For an account of this and similar block book forgeries made at Munich, cf. Serapeum, Jahrg. 20, 1859, p. 199-202.
- Comprises illustrated t.p., 5 ℓ. of text, and 8 full-page cuts of saints each with xylographic caption, printed on one side of leaf only. The t.p., ℓ. 3a and captions to all cuts are printed in red and black.
