- Summary
- Basic-level ballet class, performed by students aged 8-12, with more advanced versions of the steps demonstrated by Lisa Hughesdon. The class is preceded by an interview with Antoinette Sibley, a former principal ballerina with the Royal Ballet, who discusses her dance training and her view of pre-class warmups, and recommends some ballets for new balletgoers. Following the class, Lisa Hughesdon dances the Sugar Plum Fairy's variation from The nutcracker.
