- The work was first printed, without preface, under title: Antinomians and Familists condemned by the synod of elders in Nevv-England: with the proceedings of the magistrates against them, and their apology for the same. Together with a memorable example of Gods judgements upon some of those persons so proceeded against. London, Printed for R. Smith, 1644 (q.v.)
