- [Press conference] (ca. 20 min.) / sponsored by Johnson Wax ; recorded at the discothèque New York, New York, in New York City, in 1978 ; announcer, Monti Rock III ; master of ceremonies, Ginger Rogers. The event included a retrospective of social dances over the years: the hesitation waltz, Charleston, tango, jitterbug, merengue, frug and disco dancing. Christopher Chadman and Monica Tiller demonstrated the new Agree disco dance, created especially for the occasion by Peter Gennaro. Special guests, appearing briefly at the start of the program, included Ann Reinking, Donna McKechnie, Paula Kelly, José Greco, Gloria de Haven, Hal Leroy, Yvonne de Carlo, Peter Lawford, Virginia Mayo, Alexis Smith, George Murphy, Alice Faye, Ruby Keeler (escorted by Peter Gennaro), and Ginger Rogers.
