- "The World Ocean Atlas 1998 Figures (WOA98F) CD-ROM set consists of gif images of objectively analyzed fields of temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, derived oxygen variables (Apparent Oxygen Utilization (AOU) and oxygen saturation), nutrients (phosphate, nitrate, andsilicate) and chlorophyll along with figures of various statistics for these variables. Each CD-ROM contains an HTML front-end for easy searching of the images with an Internet browser"--NODC home page.
