A brief narrative of the proceedings of the government of New-York, relative to their obtaining the jurisdiction of that large district of land, to the westward from Connecticut river, which, antecedent thereto, had been patented by His Majesty's governor and council of the government of New-Hampshire. And also, of the monopolizing conduct of the government of New-York, in their subsequent patenting part of the same land, and oppressing the grantees and settlers under New-Hampshire. Together with arguments demonstrating that the property of those lands was conveyed from the crown to the New-Hampshire grantees ...
