• Written in answer to a petition of the justices of the peace of the city and county of Albany to the General assembly accusing the attorney general of prosecuting them unjustly for the "insufficiency of the county goal."
• Includes the petition and the minutes of the House of representatives thereon (1 p. at end) extracted from the Journal of the General assembly.
