- The governor of the province of New York read a joint speech on behalf of his own province and the provinces of Massachusetts and Connecticut, and the Indians replied, Oct. 12. The commissioners from Pennsylvania afterwards presented their speech, and the Indians replied, Oct. 15. Text of speeches, which formed the treaty, given.
