  • Consists of 25 sheets of paper and cardboard backing, glue-bound at top edge (cardboard by Pat Almonrode; glue binding by Carolyn Chadwick). Each sheet with 21 horizontal and 2 vertical strands of red or black human hair embedded in the top layer of paper, forming ruled lines. The project also included a set of index cards constructed with the same material (cataloged separately).
  • Issued in stiff paper four-flap enclosure with button and string fastener. Stiff paper by Pat Almonrode; enclosure designed by Mindell Dubansky.
