BN/BnF states that the first of these, the present edition (BN no. 3944-3945) "semble une édition parisienne," and notes that the second (BN no. 3946) has the same printer. Bengesco supplies Geneva and Paris?, respectively, for place of publication of Granderoute & Brown 62G and 62G1. BN/BnF and Bengesco do not identify the publisher/printer.
