Report on Jody Oberfelder's Rock me mama, a piece for five female dancers and their babies. The piece is shown in studio rehearsal, and in performance at the Palace Theater, New York, N.Y., during the Eleventh Annual Easter Bonnet Contest representing Dancers Responding to AIDS, part of a benefit for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Also screened are excerpts from an earlier performance, with the babies at a younger age, and from Oberfelder's Expectant tango.
