- Facsimile of a ms. of 183 parchment sheets which was designed for the use of the Lund Cathedral Chapter. It came into existence about 1123 and received subsequent additions and entries throughout the Middle Ages.
- The whole ms. was first transcribed and edited in 1923 by Lauritz Weibull.
- Contains religious tracts, rules for the community of canons, and a smaller part dealing with the Chapter's economic circumstances, as well as the necrology proper.
