  • Errata and program notes by Stephanie von Buchau ([2] p. : 28 cm.) inserted in container. Review by David Hamilton (High Fidelity, April 1982) arguing that portions of the recording feature different singers and conductors (e.g. Robert Easton, Fritz Reiner, Franz von Höslin) and were recorded at different times and places, and exchange of letters from Aug. 1982 issue of High Fidelity ([2] p. : 28 cm.) also inserted.
