Summary
Restored version of a film, with added piano soundtrack. Originally made in 1913 by director Luca Comerio, the film depicts the first two scenes of Luigi Manzotti's Excelsior, a ballet spectacle first presented at La Scala, Milan, in 1881. According to film reconstructor Maria Amata Calò, the first scene is complete, the second almost complete.
