  • Second issue, with the supplementary appendix of six pages. The information was included in the text of the appendix of the second edition and was reprinted Feb. 18, 1799, in separate form, for insertion in copies of the first edition.
  • Evidence is given in the appendix supporting the statements made in his Fast sermon of May 9, 1798 against the "Illuminati" and their Masonic affiliations in America. The line of argument is further developed in his Fast sermon of April 25, 1799.
