Summary
Documentary (without narration) on the Bread and Puppet Theater company's 1974 "Domestic Resurrection" fair and circus. According to the cassette label, this was the first big production of the annual festival that became known as "Our Domestic Resurrection Circus." This documentary depicts excerpts from the open-air performances as well as other activities associated with the festival, including peepshows, music-making and informal dancing, and bread-baking. The skits involve the company's signature large-scale puppets and politically-oriented subject matter.
