Summary
Excerpts from both acts of the ballet, recorded with a hand-held camera from a loge at stage left. In the first act, much of the action cannot be seen because of the camera's angle ; also, the dancers are occasionally obscured by the heads of other audience members. There is a better view of the second act excerpts, which include Myrtha's variation, the Wilis' ensemble dance, and the entrances of Giselle and Albrecht. The tape also contains ca. 2 min. of footage recorded backstage and in a hotel room.
