(arbitrary numbering) Card [1]: Four 4-line verses, Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter, with 4 ill. of children in seasonal costume (engravings reprinted in 1885 Almanack), and 2 tulip vases (1 in 1885 Almanack) -- Card [2]: Vertically oriented; 8-line poem beginning "Dear baby, from where do you come," with ill. depicting the summer and winter figures from card [1] holding hands -- Card [3]: Verse beginning "As we dance, and as we sing" set to music, with 12 ill. representing the 12 months (engravings re-used in 1885 Almanack) -- Card [4]: Four 4-line verses, with 4 ill. showing groups of 2-4 figures (2 engravings used as cover and frontispiece of 1885 Almanack; reduced versions of the other two appear in the 1885 and 1886 Almanack).
