Monotype Scotch Roman was composed and cast at Mackenzie & Harris by Peter Stoelzl and Lewis Mitchell. The type Lilith was used for display. Printing of the text was by letterpress. The paper is mouldmade Zerkall. The illustrations were printed in continous tone by Urban Digital Color, using a Roland Digital Pigment Printer, on mouldmade Somerset paper"--Colophon.
