  • Mixer speciale. Omaggio a Nureyev (1993 ; ca. 29 min.) / telecast on Jan. 7, 1993, the day after Nureyev's death, on the series Mixer ; profile originally telecast on Mixer on Sept. 14, 1986, titled "Nureyev-Dupond, due stelle a confronto," by Vittorio Nevano and Paola Calvetti in collaboration with Brunella Lanaro ; directed by Vittorio Nevano. This program combines rehearsal and performance footage with interviews with both Nureyev and Patrick Dupond, then an étoile of the Paris Opéra. With the exception of a clip of Maurice Béjart's Chant du compagnon errant [Song of a wayfarer], the performance excerpts depict Nureyev's version of Don Quixote. Dupond and Nureyev are shown, one after the other, in the male variation from the Act III grand pas de deux, and later in excerpts from the coda.
  • Nureyev, realtà e sortilegio (1997 ; ca. 34 min.) / presented by Raiuno and Fondazione Trussardi in collaboration with Telecom Italia ; a program by Vittoria Ottolenghi ; organization, Vittoria Cappelli, Tiziana Rocca ; directed by Carlo Tagliabue. Tour of the exhibition Rudolf Nureyev, realtà e sortilegio, presented at the Marino alla Scala Art Center, Milan, in spring 1997. Views of the exhibition are interspersed with film and video clips, first showing Nureyev in the ballet studio, then in performance excerpts from: Le corsaire pas de deux, male variation / filmed at his 1958 graduation performance ; choreography, Petipa -- Giselle. Act II [Albrecht's entrance] / choreography, Coralli and Perrot -- The sleeping beauty. Act II, prince's variation / choreography, Nureyev -- The king and I [dance lesson] / performed with Liz Robertson as Anna -- Marco Spada / choreography, Pierre Lacotte -- Romeo and Juliet.
