- Summary
- Documentary on summer ballet classes in two outdoor settings in Canada. The first segment, titled Ballet by the lake, depicts the Wilderness Ballet Camp at Aylen Lake, Ontario. Co-directors Rita Warne and her husband also direct the Toronto Ballet School. Leslie Edwards, a dancer from Britain's Royal Ballet, is shown teaching class. The second segment, Dancing on the Rockies, portrays students of Banff School of Fine Arts as they take class with Gweneth Lloyd on a mountain slope. A guest artist, Shivaram, demonstrates Indian dance movements. Both segments also depict the students in a variety of outdoor sports.
