Note
  • Interview with Kenneth Archer conducted by Holly Brubach on January 20, 1989 at the Nicholas Roerich Museum in New York City. Recording seems to have been made for the audio soundtrack of a television program produced by WNET/New York and Danmarks Radio in association with Czechoslovak Television and BBC, La Sept, NOS Television, and telecast by WNET/13, New York, on the Great Performances: Dance in America series on November 24, 1989 (see related video-recording *MGZIC 9-2081).
