- Cassette 1 (ca. 80 min.) 8/27/02. Ms. Moseley discusses her background; education; first experiences with dance; coming to New York and working at Dance Magazine; studying with the New Dance Group and becoming involved in the New York performing arts scene during the mid 1960s; seeing Meredith Monk perform with members of the Judson Dance Theater; seeing Monk's 16 millimeter earrings; beginning to work with Monk; other people in Monk's early work; performing in Monk's Juice at the Guggenheim Museum, the Minor Latham Playhouse and at Monk's loft; Monk's creative process and aesthetic choices; touring with Monk during the creation of Vessel; the interpersonal and working dynamic of Monk's early company; describes Education of the girlchild.
