[Introduction of Marge Champion.] Champion speaks about her early dance training, primarily at her father, Ernest Belcher's school; reminiscences of her work as an animation model in the Walt Disney movies Snow White and Fantasia; her first experience dancing in musical shows, choreographed, respectively, by Chester Hale, George Balanchine, and Valerie Bettis; dancing professionally with her husband Gower Champion; the reduced role of dancing in contemporary musical shows; discusses and screens excerpts from the movies Show boat; Road to Rome; Lovely to look at; Everything I have is yours; Three for the show [recording includes audio portion of screened excerpts].
