- Particular mention is made throughout the segments of the recent death of A chorus line director and choreographer Michael Bennett. Particular mention is also made of the winners of the Chance to Dance competition held by the New York Shakespeare Festival, in which amateur performers of A chorus line were selected to perform in the finale of the 5,000th performance. There are brief excerpts from interviews with several of these performers, as well as with producer Joseph Papp, librettist James Kirkwood, and current cast member Laurie Gamache.
