Summary
Jerome Robbins, assisted by ballet masters Victor Castelli and Christine Redpath, directs rehearsals of The four seasons. All movements are rehearsed completely except for the Spring section, which is rehearsed by corps dancers only. Carlo Merlo replaces Jeffrey Edwards during the rehearsal of the Winter section. The Fall section is rehearsed by principals only for the first 30 minutes, then by the full cast. Robbins gives corrections and demonstrates choreography.
