- Summary
- In a presentation combining the spoken word and dance, Peter Kurth discusses and reads excerpts from his biography Isadora Duncan: a sensational life (2001), and dancer Lori Belilove performs examples of Duncan's choreography. The examples include Water study (1910), Nocturne (1910), Death and the maiden (1915), Dance of the Furies and tormented souls (1904), Mother (1921-1925), Revolutionary (Ode to the oppressed) (1921-1925), and The blue Danube (1902).
