Summary
Compilation of two documentaries about the first national Dance Video Course given in Sydney, Australia. The two-week workshop, which was directed by Bob Lockyer assisted by Ross MacGibbon, brought together six choreographers, six directors, and eighteen dancers to explore choreography made specifically for the camera. (Full lists of workshop participants appear in the end credits.) Both documentaries include numerous excerpts of videodance works made during the course, as well as behind-the-scenes glimpses of the production process.
