  • Binding: Publisher's hand-dyed decorative flax paper boards, by David Bourbeau at the Thistle Bindery, Florence, Mass; paper is dyed with stain from crushed walnut hulls. In green cloth clamshell case, by Barbara B. Blumenthal in collaboration with the Thistle Bindery; labels of flax paper, lettered in gold, inlaid on front cover and mounted on spine.
