Summary
Concert of fourteen Baroque era songs (airs) and dances accompanied by soprano and harpsichord, entitled Music and dance from the court of Louis XIV, edited and arranged by Erich Schwandt (1981, c1975), from Michel L'Affilard's Principes très-faciles (Paris, 1705). Among the dances are the gavotte, bourrée, minuet, passepied, sarabande, and canary. Some of the dances are announced by a woman off-camera.
