- Interview with theatrical producer and director Joseph Papp of the New York Shakespeare Festival. Topics of dicussion include theater audiences, black theater, non-traditional and minority casting, the importance of the playwright and the importance of the critic. Particular focus on Papp's recent reversal of his decision not to produce classical plays at the Vivian Beaumont Theater at Lincoln Center.
