  • Segment two: 40th annual Tony awards, aired CBS, Channel 2, June 1, 1986. Excerpts from the broadcast featuring the five awards won by The mystery of Edwin Drood. Acceptance speeches by Rupert Holmes (score, book), Wilford Leach (director), George Rose (actor in a musical), and Joseph Papp (producer/best musical).
