- Binding (vol. containing English text): Light beige paper boards, with blind-impressed lettering. The vol. containing French text is stitched into light beige paper covers; the portfolio is constructed of the same paper; both with blind-impressed lettering. The whole is housed in a felt-lined hinged aluminum clamshell case with engraved lettering. "The bindings and folder were created by Claudia Cohen using a custom handmade UICB paper. The box was constructed by The Aluminium Case Company"--Colophon.
