- "A suite of gravures issued with Biotherm by Frank O'Hara. The book is published in an edition limited to 150 copies for sale, of which twenty-five are accompanied by the suite. The plates were made from the same drawings on mylar used for the lithographs in the book. The platemaking, proofing, and intaglio printing were done by R.E. Townsend in Georgetown, Massachusetts. The paper is T.H. Saunders Waterford mould-made. The edition of these extra prints is limited to twenty-five for sale, numbered 1-25; five artist's proofs, numbered I-V; and five publisher's proofs, numbered VI-X. Each print is numbered and signed by the artist." Carpenter states that there was also one printer's proof.
