  • "Limited to five hundred copies for sale. The book was designed by Andrew Hoyem and produced by the Arion Press with the assistance of Gerald Reddan, Blake Riley, Lewis Mitchell, Peter Stoelzl, Chris Chen, Kenneth Howard, and Flannery Bateman, with Glenn Todd as editor. The type, Kennerley, in Monotype and hand composition, was printed by letterpress on Legion Letterpress paper. The photographic illustrations were printed by offset lithography on Lustro Dull Coat paper by Biss Printing, Inc. The binding is sewn, with cloth over boards. The decorations on the cover were drawn by Valenti Angelo for the Colt Press edition of The wife of Martin Guerre by Janet Lewis, 1941. The pressmark above was cut by Mallette Dean"--Colophon.
