Summary
Documentary on Anna Halprin, a pioneer of postmodern dance. Now in her eighties, she talks about the need to reconnect with nature; what she learned from her experience as a cancer survivor; her confrontations with the aging process and the prospect of her own death; the loss of her home to fire; her awareness of the continuing cycle of life. Assisted by performance artist Eeo Stubblefield, she performs several dance works in natural settings.
