Members of the company reminisce about Alvin Ailey, the company's founder, artistic director, and choreographer, in professional and private life. Among the dance works discussed are Reflections in D and Ailey's signature piece, Revelations; some individuals remembered are Lester Horton, Jack Cole, Thelma Hill, Minnie Marshall, and Bella Lewitzky.
