She discusses her choreographic career and the evolution of her distinctive style, which is marked by athleticism, physical daring, and the inventive use of space. She describes her innovative "pop action" technique, which is demonstrated in the rehearsal and performance excerpts that are intercut with the interview. Streb's signature piece Little ease is seen at the beginning and end of the documentary, which includes performances by STREB company members Terry Dean Bartlett, Sheila Carreras Brandson, Brian Brooks, Lisa Dalton, Chantal Deeble, Nikita Maxwell, Eli McAfee, and Weena Pauly. Documentary on George Balanchine's choreographic legacy and the preservation of his ballets as living works of art. The documentary visits an international array of ballet companies which continue to perform his works. Artistic directors, restagers, and others with a deep concern for his legacy discuss the challenges of maintaining the works' vitality and freshness as well as accuracy.
