An account of the circumstances attending the imprisonment and death of the late William Millard : formerly superintendant [sic] of the theatre of anatomy of St. Thomas's Hospital, Southwark : to which will be found some authentic and interesting details respecitng [sic] the purposes to which the hospitals in the metropolis ... are applied : with particulars of such abuses, speculations, and misapplications of the funds of these institutions has have hiterto been discovered : and of the barter and sale of the patients' dead bodies for the purposes of dissection ... accompanied by some original letters and documents in support and confirmation of the whole.
