Producer/director Joseph Papp discusses the New York Shakespeare Festival's Festival Latino en Nueva York and the state of Latin American theater with theater professionals from Buenos Aires, Argentina; Caracas, Venezuela and Bogota, Colombia, who query Papp via an audio feed.
