Includes interviews with music critic Nelson George; artist Andres Serrano, who discusses his work, including his controversial piece Piss Christ, which features a crucifix immersed in a beaker of urine; and with producer/director Joseph Papp and Congressman Dana Rohrabacher who debate the NEA's role in controlling artistic expression. Includes footage of 2 Live Crew in performance.
