Illustrations: 2 double-page (each from 2 blocks) and 6 full-page col. wood engravings.
Binding: Numbered copies bound by the Campbell-Logan Bindery in custom handmade paper boards or dark brown cloth with leather label on spine. Housed in dark brown cloth and paper covered slipcase, with repeat of col. wood engraving for the Minnehaha Falls mounted on front of case.
