Pat Taylor did a special setting of Deepdene type for the reproduction on p. 43. Jerry Kelly did the calligraphy for the title page. Claire Maziarczyk created the paste paper for the binding and the binding was done at the Campbell Logan Bindery. The book was printed on dampened Rives Heavy white. Most of the engravings used in reproducing the art work are from the collection of the New York Public Library"--Colophon.
