- First published in Latin (Antwerp, 1501) under title: Collectio reuerendissimi patris et Domini d[omi]ni Liberti Ep[iscop]i Bericen[sis], de crucibus.
- Place of printing and name of printer from VD 16 / VD 17 (WWW), retrieved Mar. 29, 2011. Ascribed to Matthias Hupfuff, Strasbourg, in print ed. of VD 16 and in Köhler, an attribution refuted in the current Web version of the former resource.
- Signatures: a-b⁶ (leaf b6 blank).
- Illustrations: 2 prints : woodcut, red ; 11.5 x 9.3 cm., 11.2 x 9 cm. On recto and verso of leaf a1. Depict respectively cruciform signs and instruments of the Passion, as they were reported to have to have fallen "mit eitel Blut" on the veil of a young woman of Morthirs, near Maastricht, in May 1501, a manifestation of a "rain of crosses" phenomenon reported in Germany and the Netherlands in the first years of the 16th century. Reversed copies of a woodcut by Georg Glockendon, from a broadside captioned "Das sindt die newen wunderbarlichen Zeichen, die gefallen sind ..." (Nuremberg, 1501?)
