Summary
Jan Peerce rehearsing and recording with the Israel Sinfonietta Beer-Sheva, under the direction of Mendi Rodan. Peerce performs the following operatic excerpts: De' miei bollenti spiriti (from Traviata) ; Kuda, kuda vy udalilis (from Eugene Onegin) ; Quando le sere al placido (from Luisa Miller) ; E la solita storia del pastore (from L'arlesiana) ; E lucevan le stella (from Tosca) ; [cantorial song in Hebrew]. End of Disc 2 includes an interview of Peerce by Rodan and Eli Jaffe, a student conductor (interview concluded on Disc 3). Disc 7 shows Peerce and Rodan listening to the recordings made from the control room.
