- Cassette 2 (ca. 45 min.). The interview is interrupted at ca. 30 min. by about 6 min. of footage of the Limón Dance Company's offices and studio in New York City. He discusses what he gained from the direction of Ruth Currier, who led the company after Limón's death; Limón's theatrical craft and ability to communicate with audiences; how Limón's desire to reach audiences may have been affected by his minority status in the U.S. and his awareness of the low esteem accorded the arts; the insights Taliaferro himself gained by directing others in The moor's pavane; whether his perceived resemblance to Limón was a blessing or curse; Limón's legacy to future generations.
