- Uncorrected galley proofs of poems for the 1974 Viking Press publication.
- Each of the three copies contains holograph ms. annotations by the author and instructions to the compositor in unidentified hands.
- Berg Coll. copy 1 contains extra leaf with table of contents.
- Berg Coll. copy 1 labeled "Author's proof #2" at head of Galley 1; Berg Coll. copy 2 labeled "Author's proof #1" at head of Galley 1; Berg Coll. copy 3 stamped "Master" in red ink at bottom of each leaf.
- Berg Coll. copy 1 precedes copy 2 which precedes copy 3: Copy 1 contains typescript of poem beginning, "I am the hive..." and another beginning, "One morning suddenly ..." which has been stuck-through; Copy 2 contains typescript of poem beginning, "I am the hive..." and another beginning, "One morning suddenly..." which has been struck-through, and a poem entitled, "Clair de Lune"; Copy 3 contains photocopies of the poems on copy 2 with evidence that they have been photocopied from copy 2.
